Loreto Bay, The Villages

Loreto Bay was envisioned as being a series of seaside villages as well as a small village, more rural in character, that will be located on the mountainside. The first of these quaint villages is nearing completion and Cortés Explorers Club, an exclusive owners/members facility on the water near the heart of the existing village, will become the village’s crowning touch. Replay, as part of its review of the existing resort master plan (for all 8,000 acres) will re-examine both the location and the character of the individual villages and their geographic relationship to one another.
