As our first project, we feel honored to be partnering with CPI, the real investment group of Citibank New York, in the ongoing development of 8,000-acre Loreto Bay Resort, situated in the California Baja on the Sea of Cortés. Specifically, our role is to see that the original, brilliantly conceived vision for Loreto Bay is fully realized to the benefit of existing property owners as well as new purchasers. We intend to do so in a way that strongly respects the original habitat, history and culture of the historic town of Loreto, the Sea of Cortés and the Sierra de la Giganta Mountains.
